Virgin Atlantic aims to operate one of the youngest fleet of aircraft in the world. We currently operate Boeing 747 and Airbus A340 aircraft. We have also ordered six Airbus A380 aircraft, due to be delivered from 2006. This double decker aircraft will be the world's largest, and affords us the opportunity to introduce revolutionary onboard product and service innovations.

We were one of the first European airlines to have signed up to the Airline Passenger Service Commitment. Customer service and commitment to our passengers has been the driving force behind our brand. We strive to get it right, first time, every time. Occasionally things do not go as planned.
